Jerk Chicken Skewers

Ingredients (Serves 4)


  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  • ½ pouch Chin’s Original Jerk Seasoning (HOT or MILD)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions


  1. Cut the chicken into evenly sized cubes.

  2. Using a fork, pierce each piece a few times to help the seasoning absorb more effectively.

  3. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

  4. Add Chin’s Original Jerk Seasoning and mix well to coat evenly.

  5. Let marinate for at least 2 hours for best flavour.

  6. Thread the chicken onto skewers.


You can cook the skewers using several methods:


  • Air fryer: 360°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway

  • Oven: Bake at 375°F until fully cooked

  • Grill: Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally

  • Pan: Sauté until browned and cooked through


Serve alongside rice and vegetables, or pair with classic sides like rice and peas, fried plantains, or coleslaw.
